The rates and packages below are guidelines really. We will always build a custom package to suite your needs if required. At a price you are happy with. Also, adjustments can be made through out the season depending on weather and growth rates etc. Please Contact me for more details.

Lawn mowing completed with an electric rotary mower.
A high efficiency gas-powered mower may be used in the spring and fall. When mulching leaves and small twigs. Dealing with really tall or overgrown areas, it sometimes comes in handy. Once things are mulched up nicely though, mowing will be completed with the electric mower.
Small Property Maintenance Package
Starting at $125/month for 12 months
Included: Lawn Care
Spring clean-up of property. Then, weekly lawn mowing in May and June. Bi-weekly mowing for July and August. Monthly (or as required) mowing in September and October.
Included: Garden Maintenance
Weekly garden bed maintenance visits in May and June. Bi-weekly visits for July through August. Then, monthly garden bed maintenance visits in September and October. Finally, gardens prepared for winter in October or November (whenever they are ready).
Included: Snow Clearing
Automatic snow-clearing and ice management from October to May. (Sidewalk, parking pad and 2 walkways).
Medium Property Maintenance Package
Starting at $175/month for 12 months
Included: Lawn Care
Spring clean-up of property. Then, weekly lawn mowing in May and June. Bi-weekly mowing for July and August. Finally, monthly (or as required) mowing in September and October.

Included: Snow Clearing
Automatic snow-clearing and ice management for October to May. (Sidewalk, parking pad and 2 walkways included).
